What the law states

Copying a document is subject to copyright regulations.

However, the Law provides for a specific copyright exception: the educational exception.

 

In brief

In accordance with the legislation in force and the agreements with the French Center for Copyright Administration (CFC), copying isauthorized as long as the total volume does not exceed 10% for a book, and 30% for a journal.
